Job Description

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-Way (within 12 km)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound technical queries (calls/emails)

Coordinate with engineers for quick issue resolution

Manage CRM updates and part orders

Meet KPIs: FTFR & TTS

Requirements:

1–3 years in tech support/call center

Strong English communication

CRM knowledge preferred
