Credit Collection Specialist

Job Description

Location: Bengaluru
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-Way (within 12 km)
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and collect past-due balances

Resolve payment barriers and maintain accurate credit records

Handle customer accounts and improve recovery targets

Use CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce/SAP preferred)

Requirements:

3–5 years of credit collection experience

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Knowledge of financial solutions and credit management
