Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Cab Facility: 2-way (within 12 km)
Employment Type: Full-time (Ongoing Project)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries (phone/email) and resolve technical issues.

Manage complaints, parts orders, and coordinate with service engineers.

Maintain CRM records and ensure SLAs are met.

Aim for high First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and quick Time to Service (TTS).

KPIs:

FTFR, TTS, customer satisfaction, number of calls per FTE.

Requirements:

1–3 years in technical support/customer service.

Strong communication & troubleshooting skills.

CRM knowledge and multitasking ability.

Preferred:

Background in technical call centers.

Interest in fitness tech products.
