Job Description

Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way within 12 KMs
Employment: Full-time, Ongoing Project
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 CTC

Role Overview:
Provide technical support via calls/emails, resolve customer complaints, manage service coordination with engineers, and maintain CRM data to achieve top service KPIs (FTFR & TTS).

Requirements:

1–3 years in call center/tech support

PUC or Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication & CRM skills

Problem-solving mindset

Fitness industry familiarity is a plus
