Job Description

Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls/emails for technical support.

Resolve issues or escalate based on SLAs.

Coordinate with engineers for service & parts orders.

Maintain CRM accuracy and service KPIs (FTFR, TTS).

Support customer satisfaction & reduce aftermarket costs.

Requirements:

1–3 years’ experience in customer service/tech support.

Good communication & troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools; multitasking ability.

High School or Bachelor’s Degree required.

Tech call center/fitness industry experience is a plus.
