Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym (Kothanur)

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Cab: 2-Way (within 12 KM)
Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing Project
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Job Summary:
Resolve technical issues, manage customer queries, and ensure top-tier support with a focus on First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and Time to Service (TTS).

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls/emails for tech support

Resolve queries, escalate when needed

Collaborate with engineers, manage part orders

Maintain CRM data and reports

Troubleshoot and support technical issues

Ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPIs

KPIs to Monitor:
Quality: Customer Satisfaction

Technical: FTFR, TTS

Economics: Calls per FTE

Timing: Response Time (Phone/Email)

Requirements:
1–3 years in call center/customer support/tech support

High School or Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent verbal communication and multitasking

CRM knowledge and service principles

Preferred Skills:
Technical call center background

Passion for fitness tech

Strong problem-solving and independence
