Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)
Employment: Full-time, Ongoing Project
CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
Role Overview:
Handle inbound tech support calls/emails, resolve issues, manage part orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service KPIs like FTFR & TTS.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical queries via phone/email
Escalate and resolve issues per SLAs
Work with service engineers & maintain CRM data
Improve service experience & KPI metrics
Required:
1–3 years in call center/tech support
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Familiar with CRM tools and troubleshooting
Preferred:
Background in technical call support
Interest in fitness tech a plus
