Technical Call Center Specialist

Location: Kothanur, Bangalore
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Cab Facility: Two-way (within 12 km)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Project
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Job Summary:
Join Technogym as a Technical Call Center Specialist, where you’ll resolve customer technical issues, manage support queries, and coordinate with service teams. You’ll focus on delivering high First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) and fast Time to Service (TTS) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound support via phone and email.
Manage technical complaints and queries, escalating as needed.
Coordinate with engineers for issue resolution and part orders.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues.
Track product and market data to improve service quality.
Support cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service standards.
Key KPIs:
Customer Satisfaction
First Time Fix Rate (FTFR)
Time to Service (TTS)
Number of technical calls handled
Response time
Qualifications:
1–3 years’ experience in call center/customer/tech support.
SSLC / PUC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with CRM systems and multitasking.
Preferred:
Experience in technical support or fitness-related products.
Customer-focused mindset, able to work independently.
