Hiring for Senior Operations Analyst – WNS (International Insurance Process)

Role: Senior Operations Analyst
Location: WNS
Eligibility: UG/Graduates (No B.E/B.Tech or PG)
Requirement: Excellent English communication
Experience: 0–4 years

Job Responsibilities
Analyze and improve operational workflows

Report and present performance metrics

Collaborate across teams

Troubleshoot and support service delivery

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Take Home)
Shifts (Any one):

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Transport: 2-way cab provided
