Job Description

Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist – ECPL / Technogym

Location: Kothanur

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Cab: 2-way cab within 12 km

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Validate and close work orders per accounting policies

Generate invoices for chargeable services

Manage payment methods and resolve system errors

Support After Sales admin activities

Requirements:

3–5 years of invoicing/service order experience

ERP knowledge (SAP preferred), strong English skills

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to meet monthly accounting deadlines
