Job Description

Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist

Location: Kothanur
Company: ECPL / Technogym
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time
Cab Facility: 2-way (within 12 km)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Responsibilities:

Validate and close Work Orders per accounting policies

Generate invoices for chargeable services

Manage payment processing and resolve system errors

Support after-sales admin tasks

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in invoicing/service order management

Strong English communication and ERP/SAP knowledge

Analytical and negotiation skills

Ability to meet accounting deadlines
