Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist

Location: Kothanur

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC

Cab: 2-way (within 12 KMS)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist to validate and close Work Orders, manage invoicing for chargeable services, and ensure system accuracy and compliance with governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate and close Work Orders as per accounting policies

Manage invoicing and payment methods for chargeable services

Identify and resolve system errors, escalate when needed

Support After Sales administrative processes

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in invoicing or service order management

Proficient in English and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to meet accounting deadlines and work in a team
