Job Description

Job Closing & Invoicing Specialist

Company: ECPL / Technogym

Location: Kothanur, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Cab Facility: 2-way (within 12 km)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Role Summary:

Responsible for validating and closing work orders, generating invoices for chargeable services, resolving system errors, and supporting after-sales admin tasks.

Key Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in invoicing or service order management

Strong proficiency in English and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to meet monthly accounting deadlines
