Job Description

IntouchCX

Walk-in Drive (Monday to Friday)

Location: Hennur
1. International Voice Process

Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Shift: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

Cab: Free 2-Way Cab

Location: Electronic City

Age Limit: Up to 45 Years

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Operations

2. Non-Voice Process

For Freshers:

Salary: ₹16,000 (Take Home)

Benefits: Free 2-Way Cab + Free Food on Site

Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 based on performance

For Experienced:

6 months experience: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 (Take Home)

1 – 1.5 years experience: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 (Take Home)

1.8 – 2 years experience: ₹27,000 (Take Home)

More than 2 years: ₹28,000 (Take Home)
