Job Description

International Voice Process – Customer Support (Nerotel)

Location: Kothnur
Shift: USA Shift | 5 Days (Mon–Fri) | Sat–Sun Off
Cab: Provided within 15 KM radius

Experience: 1+ year in International Customer Support (US/Canada preferred)
Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Skill Set Required:

Inbound & Outbound customer service experience

Excellent English communication

Experience in healthcare campaigns (optional)

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 CTC + ₹2,500–₹3,000 (Performance-based incentives)
