Location: Kothnur
Qualification: 12th or above
Experience: 1+ year in International Customer Support (US/Canada preferred)
Process: Inbound & Outbound Voice Support
Skillset:

Excellent English communication

Prior US/Canada voice support experience

Healthcare campaign experience (optional)

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 CTC + ₹2,500–₹3,000 incentives (performance-based)
Shift: USA Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Cab: Provided within 15 km of Kothnur
