Job Description

International Voice & Non-Voice Process – IntouchCX

Location: Electronic City (Drive at Hennur, Mon–Fri)

1. International Voice Process

Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice

Shift: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

Cab: 2-Way Cab Provided

Age Limit: Up to 45

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home

Interview Rounds: HR → VnA → Ops

2. Non-Voice Process

Fresher Salary: ₹16,000 Take Home

Experienced Salary (Take Home):

6 months: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000

1 – 1.5 years: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000

1.8 – 2 years: ₹27,000

2+ years: ₹28,000

Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 (Performance-Based)

Cab: 2-Way Transport Free

Food: Free On-Site Facility

Interview Rounds: HR → VnA → Ops
