IntouchCX (International Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru

Drive Days: Monday to Friday (at Hennur)

1. International Voice Process

Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Cab: 2-way transport

Salary: Up to ₹28–30K Take Home

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Ops

Age Limit: Up to 45 years

2. Non-Voice Process

Fresher Salary: ₹16K Take Home

Experience-wise Salary:

6 months: ₹17K–22K TH

1–1.5 yrs: ₹22K–25K TH

1.8–2 yrs: ₹27K TH

2+ yrs: ₹28K TH

Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹6K

Perks: 2-way cab + Free food on site

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Ops
