International Voice & Non-Voice

Drive Location: Hennur
Company: IntouchCX
Drive Days: Monday to Friday
Cab: 2-way cab provided

1. International Voice Process
Location: Electronic City

Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months (International Voice)

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Age Limit: Up to 45

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home

Interview Rounds: HR → VNA → Ops

2. Non-Voice Process
Fresher Salary: ₹16,000 Take Home

Experience-based Salary:

6 months: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 TH

1 – 1.5 years: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 TH

1.8 – 2 years: ₹27,000 TH

2+ years: ₹28,000 TH

Benefits: Free 2-way transport, on-site food, incentives up to ₹6,000
