Process (First Source – Customer Support)

Location: Brookfield

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: UK Shift | 5 days working | 2 rotational offs

Cab: Both-way provided

Cab Deduction: ₹2750 (Boys), ₹1375 (Girls)

1. SKY SUV – Upselling Voice
Eligibility: 10th/UG/Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)

Salary: ₹21K TH (Fresher), ₹23K TH (Experienced)

Rounds: HR → AMCAT → Ops

Joinings: Dec 2 / 9 / 16

2. SKY TV – Dish TV Support (Voice)
Eligibility: Customer support experience preferred

Salary: ₹18K TH (Fresher), ₹23K TH (Experienced)

3. SKY HM – Upselling Process
Eligibility: SSLC & above

Salary: ₹21K TH (Fresher), ₹23K TH (Experienced)

Drop: One-way free drop
