Process (First Source)

Location: Brookfield

Process Type: Telecom Customer Support / Voice (UK Shift)

Working Days: 5 days/week, 2 rotational offs

Cab: One-way free drop (Sky TV offers both-way cab)

SKY SUV – Upselling Voice

Eligibility: 10th/PUC/Grad – Fresher/Experienced

Salary: Fresher – ₹21,000 TH | Experienced – ₹23,000 TH

Interview Rounds: HR → AMCAT → Ops

Joining Batches: Dec 2nd, 9th, 16th

Sky TV – Dish TV Customer Support (Voice)

Eligibility: PUC/Grad – Fresher/Experienced

Salary: Fresher – ₹18,000 TH | Experienced – ₹23,000 TH

Cab: Two-way cab + one-way free drop

Sky HM – Upselling Voice

Eligibility: SSLC and above

Salary: Fresher – ₹21,000 | Experienced – ₹23,000
