Job Description

E-commerce Field Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore

Interview Mode: Virtual

Key Responsibilities:

Field-based sales role focused on increasing seller sales through face-to-face consultations.

Onboarding new sellers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Conduct market research, stay updated on trends, and analyze ROI.

Submit regular sales reports and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or a related field.

Strong communication and sales skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Languages: English + any regional language.

Flexibility for fieldwork required.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹35,000/month

Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000

Mobile Reimbursement: ₹500

Incentives: ₹3,000
