Job Description

Customer Support – Nerotel (International Voice Process)

Location: Kothnur
Shift: USA Shift (Monday to Friday)
Cab Facility: Available within 15 km radius

Role: International Voice – Customer Support
Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
Experience: 1+ year in international voice (US/Canada preferred)

Skills Required:

Inbound & Outbound Customer Service experience

Excellent English communication

Healthcare campaign experience (optional)

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 CTC
Incentives: ₹2,500 – ₹3,000 (Performance-based)
