Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Process: International Voice – US/Canada (Inbound & Outbound)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Customer Support
Qualification: 12th or above
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication
Customer service experience (preferably US/Canada voice campaigns)
Healthcare process knowledge is an advantage (optional)
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 CTC + Incentives ₹2,500 – ₹3,000 (Performance-based)
Shift: USA Shift
Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
Cab: Provided within 15 km from Kothnur
