Customer Support Associate – CRED CASH

Company: Globiva Services Pvt Ltd

Location: 2nd Floor, IndiQube Alpha, Near Kadubeesanahalli Brigade, Outer Ring Rd, Panathur, Bengaluru – Google Maps

Process: Domestic Inbound

Qualification: PUC / Graduation

Languages: English + Hindi

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Fresher Salary: ₹22K CTC / ₹18K Take Home

Experienced Salary: ₹25K CTC / ₹21K Take Home
Shift:

Males: Rotational shifts & rotational week off

Females: Day shifts only (7 AM to 4 PM, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, 11 AM to 8 PM)

Cab: Not provided

Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 day off
