Customer Support (Airline Process)

Location: Manyata Tech Park

Education: PUC & above

Language: Excellent English

Experience: Min 1 year in International Voice Support

Salary: Up to 28k CTC / 24k Take Home

Shift: 5 Days working, 2 Days off (Rotational shifts)

Cab: 2-way facility provided

Interview Rounds:

HR Round

Versant Test (Cutoff: 60)

Operations Round

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer support for Etihad

Assist US customers with inquiries

Walk-in Interview: Monday to Friday
