Credit Collection Specialist

Location: Kothanur

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC

Cab: 2-way (within 12 KMS)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Credit Collection Specialist to manage outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves resolving account issues and improving recovery performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage and collect past-due balances

Identify and resolve payment barriers

Maintain accurate credit records and CRM entries

Collaborate with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in credit collection or management

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)

Knowledge of credit management and financial solutions
