Job Description

Credit Collection Specialist – ECPL (Kothanur)

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Cab: 2-Way (within 12 KM radius)
Employment: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Job Summary:
Manage overdue accounts, ensure timely collections, and maintain customer satisfaction while improving company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and manage past-due balances

Identify and resolve payment barriers

Maintain credit records and CRM updates

Collaborate with customers and internal teams

Requirements:
3–5 years in credit collection or management

Proficient in CRM/ERP (Salesforce, SAP preferred)

Strong communication, analytical & organizational skills

Knowledge of credit management practices
