Job Description

Credit Collection Specialist

Location: Kothanur

Company: ECPL

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km radius)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and recover past-due balances

Resolve payment issues and update CRM records

Maintain accurate credit files

Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in credit collection

Proficient in CRM & ERP tools (Salesforce, SAP preferred)

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Good knowledge of credit management practices
