Job Description

Credit Collection Specialist – ECPL (Kothanur)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

Location: Kothanur

Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)

Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Responsibilities:

Manage and collect past-due payments

Resolve payment barriers

Maintain credit files and CRM records

Coordinate with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in credit collection

Strong communication & organizational skills

Experience with CRM/ERP (Salesforce, SAP preferred)

Knowledge of credit & financial management
