Job Description

Collections Team Lead
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 6 Days)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in core B2C sales (not collections)
Education:

Preferred: B.Tech (Tier 2/3), MBA (optional)

Must have 60%+ in 10th, 12th & Graduation

Skills Required:

Strong in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

Fluent Hindi, Good English (written & spoken)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience/profile fit)

Must show strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking
