Startek – BGV Verification (US Process)
Location: ITPL, Bangalore

Process: Background Verification

Education: Any Degree

Language: Excellent English required

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Cab: 2-way (within 20km)

Bonus: Quarterly

Salary Based on Experience:

6 Months Exp: ₹20,296 TH | ₹25,000 CTC

1+ Year Exp: ₹20,991 TH | ₹25,834 CTC

2+ Years Exp: ₹21,712 TH | ₹26,670 CTC

Interview Rounds: HR Round → Ops Round
Induction: 20th Dec | Joining: 23rd Dec
Openings: 25 positions

Lotus Flare – Tech Support (Voice + Non-Voice)
Process: International voice-quality non-voice

Experience: 2+ years in Tech Support

Language: Excellent English

Qualification: Graduates only

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Salary: Up to ₹30,000

Bonus: ₹4,000 quarterly

Cab: Two-way
