Hiring: Credit Collection Specialist

Location: Kothanur
Company: ECPL
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: Two-way (within 12 km)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Credit Collection Specialist to manage outstanding payments, drive timely collections, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and collect past-due balances

Resolve account/payment issues

Maintain accurate credit and CRM records

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in credit collection

Strong communication, analytical & organizational skills

Proficient in CRM/ERP (Salesforce & SAP a plus)

Solid understanding of credit and financial management
