Job Description

Hiring: Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way within 12 km
Employment: Full-time (Ongoing project)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Role Summary:
Handle customer service/technical calls, resolve product issues, manage complaints & part orders, coordinate with engineers, and ensure high FTFR and low TTS.

Requirements:

1–3 yrs experience in customer service/tech support

HSC or Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication & multitasking

CRM knowledge preferred

Interest in fitness products is a plus
