Job Description

Hiring: Technical Call Center Specialist – Technogym

Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)
Employment Type: Full-time (Ongoing Project)
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 CTC

Responsibilities:
Handle technical support calls/emails from clients

Manage complaints and service requests, escalating as needed

Coordinate with engineers for part orders & resolutions

Ensure First Time Fix Rate (FTFR) & Time to Service (TTS) KPIs

Maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements:
1–3 years’ experience in customer service or tech support

High School/Degree

Strong communication & multitasking skills

CRM & data entry experience

Preferred: Technical call center background & fitness product knowledge
