1. Startek – BGV Verification Process (US Process)

Location: ITPL

Process: Background Verification (Non-Voice)

Education: Degree

Language: Excellent English

Shifts: 5 Days Work, 2 Days Off

Cab: 2-way (within 20 km)

Bonus: Quarterly Bonus

Openings: 25

Salary (Take Home):

6 months exp: ₹20,296 | CTC: ₹25,000

1+ year exp: ₹20,991 | CTC: ₹25,834

2+ years exp: ₹21,712 | CTC: ₹26,670

2. Lotus Flare – International Voice Quality (Non-Voice Support)

Location: ITPL, Whitefield

Process: International Non-Voice (Tech Support)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + ₹4,000 Quarterly Bonus
