Job Description

IntouchCX (International Voice & Non-Voice Process)

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Drive Location: Hennur (Monday to Friday)

International Voice Process
Education: PUC & Above

Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice process

Shift: 5 days working, 2 days off

Cab: 2-way cab

Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Take Home Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000

Interview Rounds: HR → V&A → Ops

Non-Voice Process
Fresher

Salary: ₹16,000 (Take Home)

Benefits: Free two-way cab & food

Incentives: Up to ₹6,000 based on performance

Experienced

6 months: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000

1 – 1.5 years: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000

1.8 – 2 years: ₹27,000

2+ years: ₹28,000

Interview Rounds: HR → V&A → Ops
