Job Description

Hiring: Credit Collection Specialist – ECPL
Location: Kothanur
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
Cab: 2-way (within 12 km)
Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

Role:

Manage and collect past-due payments

Resolve payment barriers and maintain credit records

Collaborate with internal teams and customers

Requirements:

3–5 years of credit collection experience

Proficient in CRM & ERP (Salesforce/SAP preferred)

Strong communication & analytical skills
