Job Description

Collections Team Lead – Bangalore (Onsite)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 6 Days)

Qualification:

B.Tech (Tier 2/3 preferred)

MBA preferred (not mandatory)

Min. 60% in 10th, 12th & Graduation

Experience: 1–3 Years in Core B2C Sales (Target-driven profiles only)

Skills Required:

Fluent in Hindi & English

Strong MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Formulas)

Strong communication & analytical mindset

Professional attitude & growth potential

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience)

Note:

Pure collections profiles not preferred

Mix of collections + sales experience is acceptable
