Job Description

Collections Team Lead (B2C Sales)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 6 days/week)
Education:

B.Tech from Tier 2/3 colleges preferred

MBA preferred (not mandatory)

Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th & Graduation

Experience: 1–3 years in core B2C sales (not collections-only profiles)
Skills:

Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)

Fluent in Hindi, good English (written & spoken)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and fit)
Note: Not hiring purely collections backgrounds. Sales + collections mix is okay.
