Join our team as an Inside Sales Executive in the Surgery Department! This role involves engaging with clients over the phone, promoting surgery-related services, and helping clients access the right solutions. If you have a flair for sales and enjoy client interactions, this could be the role for you!
π Requirements:
π Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi required
πΌ Experience: Ideal for candidates with any sales, telesales, inside sales, or upselling experience; freshers excited about outbound sales are also encouraged!
π Education: Undergraduates are welcome to apply
πΈ Compensation:
For Freshers: Up to βΉ3 LPA
For Experienced Professionals: Up to βΉ5 LPA based on experience and skills
π Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote surgery-related services
Build and nurture client relationships to drive sales
Meet individual and team sales targets
Record client interactions and sales activity accurately
