Position: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project
Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance team. This role is designed for recent graduates or undergraduates with strong analytical abilities and excellent English communication skills. Candidates with BE/BTEC or postgraduate degrees are not eligible for this position. The ideal candidate will bring a keen eye for detail, a drive for operational improvement, and a commitment to achieving project goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and streamlined workflows.
Collaborate closely with multiple departments to implement and maintain best practices.
Generate detailed reports on operational performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Assist in project management tasks to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
Address and resolve operational challenges to improve service quality and delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or current undergraduate studies (non-engineering, no postgraduate qualifications).
Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to 30,000 THB (based on current/previous salary).
Working Conditions:
Five-day work week with fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
Transportation provided to and from the workplace.
Shift Options:
12:30 PM – 9:30 PM
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
6:30 PM – 4:30 AM
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
