Position: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

???? Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. ???? This role is a great fit for recent graduates or undergraduates with strong analytical skills and exceptional English communication ????️. Candidates with BE/BTEC or postgraduate degrees are not eligible. We’re seeking someone passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement ????.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Analyze operational processes to uncover efficiencies and improvements ????️.

Collaborate with various teams to apply best practices ????.

Create and present reports on performance metrics ????.

Support project management to ensure timely and successful project delivery ⏱️.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery ????.

???? Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-postgraduate).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ????.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ????.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools ????.

Experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not essential ????.

???? Compensation:

Salary up to 30,000 THB (based on previous salary).

???? Working Conditions:

5 days working, weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) ????.

Transportation provided both ways ????.

⏰ Shift Options:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
