Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills. Candidates with a background in BE/BTEC or postgraduate degrees will not be considered. The ideal candidate should have a sharp analytical mindset and a keen interest in driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyse operational processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement operational best practices and streamline workflows.

Create and present regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics.

Assist in project management tasks to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project milestones.

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, providing effective solutions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (non-engineering, non-postgraduate).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Competitive salary up to 30,000 TH (based on last drawn salary).

Working Conditions:

5 working days per week, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

Transportation provided both ways.

Shift Availability:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
