Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project ????. This role is perfect for graduates and undergraduates with excellent English communication skills ????. Candidates with a BE/BTEC or postgraduate qualifications are excluded. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for driving operational excellence ????.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency ????.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices ????.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance metrics ????.

Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery ⏰.

Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions to improve service delivery ????.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG) ????.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ????.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ????.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools ????️.

Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but not mandatory ????.

Compensation:

Competitive salary up to 30,000 TH (based on last withdrawn salary) ????.

Working Conditions:

5 working days per week, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off ????️.

Transportation provided both ways ????.

Available Shifts:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM ????

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ????

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM ????

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM ????

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM ????
