Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project ????. This role is perfect for graduates and undergraduates with excellent English communication skills ✨. Candidates with BE/BTEC or postgraduate qualifications are excluded ????. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset ???? and a passion for operational excellence ⚙️.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Analysis: Review and analyse operational processes and workflows to find areas for improvement and optimize efficiency ????????.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to apply best practices and streamline processes ????????.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance metrics ????????.
Project Support: Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery ????️????.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to improve service delivery ????️????.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (non-engineering, non-postgraduate) ????.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail ????????.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ????????.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools ????️????.
Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not mandatory ????????.
Compensation:
Competitive salary up to 30,000 TH (based on last drawn salary) ????.
Working Conditions:
5 working days per week, with weekends (Saturday & Sunday) off ????️????.
Transportation provided both ways ????.

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM ????
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ????
5:30 PM – 3:30 AM ????
6:30 PM – 4:30 AM ????
8:30 PM – 5:30 AM ????
