Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. This position is ideal for recent graduates and undergraduates with exceptional English communication skills and a drive for operational excellence. Note: Candidates with BE/BTEC or any postgraduate qualifications are not eligible for this role. Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate operational processes to identify improvements and increase efficiency.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement industry best practices.

Prepare, analyze, and present reports on key operational performance metrics.

Assist in project management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Identify and resolve operational issues, developing solutions to enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or current undergraduate studies (non-engineering and non-postgraduate).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Prior experience in the insurance sector is an advantage but not required.

Compensation:

Salary: Up to 30,000 THB (based on current/previous salary).

Working Conditions:

Five-day workweek with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).

Round-trip transportation provided.

Shift Options:

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

6:30 PM – 4:30 AM

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
