We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Inside Sales Executives to join our team in the Surgery Department. This role involves reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services through outbound calls. If you are persuasive, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for sales, this position is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and promote surgery-related services.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about services to clients.

Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Qualifications:

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Experience: Prior experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or upselling is preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in outbound sales are also encouraged to apply.

Education: Undergraduate degree holders are welcome.

Salary:

Freshers: Up to 3 LPA

Experienced: Up to 5 LPA (based on experience)

Job Details:

Location: Tower C, 4th Floor, IBC Knowledge Park, Bannerghatta Rd, Bhavani Nagar, S.G. Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029

Working Days: 6 days per week with 1 rotational off

Shift: Day shift
