Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications:
PUC (Pre-University Certificate) or above
Salary:
Freshers: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹26,000 per month, along with a daily shift allowance of ₹200 (approximately ₹4,000 monthly)
