We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during US business hours. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:
PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
Experienced Candidates: ₹26,000 per month + ₹200 daily shift allowance (approx. ₹4,000 monthly).
Work Schedule: US Shift
